Permitted uses

AI tools may assist with source discovery, document classification, transcription, outlining and language editing. They may also help identify entities and related coverage for internal linking.

• Every material factual claim is checked against a source.
• Primary documents are reviewed by a human editor.
• Automated summaries are not treated as independent evidence.

Prohibited shortcuts

Actuneuriat does not publish unattended machine-generated articles, fabricate quotations or citations, or use synthetic media in a way that could reasonably be mistaken for documentary evidence.

Automation is not used to impersonate a source, evade access controls or reproduce protected work beyond lawful quotation and analysis.

Synthetic image transparency

Actuneuriat commissions an article-specific generative-AI editorial illustration for every published analysis and brief. Each composition is unique to its subject. These images are creative visualisations: they do not depict an observed event, a real facility or verified product configuration.

At first exposure, each editorial illustration carries a visible AI-generated label. Its file also includes an IPTC Digital Source Type declaration for trained algorithmic media, and the page exposes the same origin through structured data. The A/ brand mark and social-preview artwork were also produced with OpenAI image generation under human direction and are disclosed here because a visible label on every logo impression would impair normal brand use.

These measures support the transparency objectives of Article 50 of the EU AI Act and current IPTC guidance. They do not substitute for a context-specific legal assessment, and embedded metadata may be removed by downstream platforms.

• Human-directed and reviewed before publication.
• No synthetic illustration is used as factual or documentary evidence.
• Descriptive alternative text explains the depicted concept.
• A visible label remains present even when technical metadata is unavailable.

Publication language

Actuneuriat publishes exclusively in English. Every canonical article, metadata record, structured-data object and discovery feed uses the English edition.

Responsibility

Elouan Azria retains editorial responsibility for publication, correction and removal decisions. Readers can report a suspected automated error through the corrections channel.
